Founded in 2013. (But we have been around the strip awhile!) We pride ourselves on the level of professional experience that represents Best Bet Entertainment, and how that experience is implemented to ensure that your guests get the wow-factor you are looking for at your event.

Kenn Burns (Managing Partner – Sales)

Kenn Burns - Managing Partner
Kenn brings brings a wealth of experience from various avenues to Best Bet, including:
                  • 13 years as a gaming industry professional, 8 of them as a table games manager.
                  • 15 years of business management experience, including his current position as Managing Director of EmbroidMe Vancouver.
                  • Member of The International Special Events Society.
                  • 20 years of experience in mobile casino entertainment.
Kenn was born and raised in the Vancouver area and, outside of work, Kenn is an avid soccer player and enjoys graphic design.











George Stokes (Managing Partner – Operations)

George Stokes - Managing Partner
George’s experience includes time as a professional casino dealer trainer and his passion is staffing events with fun and well trained professionals that represent us and our clients in the all of the best ways:
                  • 18 years as a gaming industry professional, 13 of them as a table games manager and dealer trainer.
                  • 4 years of business management experience, including his current position of Art Gallery Sales at Spirit Gallery in North Vancouver.
                  • Member of the Squamish Nation
                  • 22 years of experience in mobile casino entertainment.
George has lived his entire life in Metro Vancouver and is an active carver and jewelry maker in the Coast Salish tradition.









CONSIDERATIONS OF AN EVENTS CONTRACTOR

When acting as a contractor for event industry professionals, our primary focus is ensuring we represent you with the polish and professionalism you expect, while giving your event guests a true-to-life gaming experience. To achieve this we have subtle but important features and systems to benefit you specifically:
  • Our gaming tables are professional quality and use primarily green felts with no distinguishing logos. Our goal is, in the eyes of your guests, to be your gaming staff and to represent you.
  • Our staff are dressed and trained to represent you, without our own branding.
  • Set up and tear down at our events is coordinated to happen before your guests arrive and after they leave so that no disruption to the party occurs.
  • Events with four or more tables include a Pit Boss at no additional charge, whose job is to assist in teaching guests how to play, ensure the table games operate smoothly with no interuption, to liaise with other onsite contractors, and to liaise with you or the designated on site event coordinator to ensure a cohesive event experience for staff and especially your guests.
